Roca Viva is a beautiful holiday rental located in the peaceful residential area of Cala Egos. Situated 10 minutes away from two sand beaches: Cala Egos and Calo des Pou, it guarantees perfect sunny holidays. Its space an structure makes it ideal holiday home for big families and groups of friends.
The Villa:
Roca Viva is a spacious, filled with natural light, whitewalls, tiled floors, sober wooden furniture, air-conditioned (cold or warm) in every bedroom and bathtubs in every bathrooms.
On the ground floor, the French doors allow the light into a big and sunny dining/living room, and give a really nice view of the pool area. It also gives access onto the covered terrace to the outside, and on the inside a direct access to the roomy and nice kitchen. On the same floor, you will find a bright bedroom equipped twin beds and with en-suite bathroom (bathtub) and a direct access to the exterior. The two other bedrooms are also equipped with twin bedrooms, only they share a bathroom (bathtub).
The first floor is accessible by an exterior stucco staircase, offering more living space with direct access onto the big terrace with beautiful views of the surroundings and the sea at the far end. It also consists in two bright twin bedrooms with a shared a bathroom. And a laundry room is at your disposal.
Exterior:
The rectangular swimming pool (5,40m x 3,80m) offers the opportunity for effective refreshment. Its sun-terrace with sun beds is all you need to enjoy the heat of the sun and sunbath in peace. The garden area gives relaxing spaces and play area. The covered terrace with furniture and a built in barbecue allow you to enjoy a nice “al fresco meal”. The house is surrounded by lawn and is completely fenced.

In addition to the beaches already mentioned there is whole serie of different gorgeous ones along this rocky part of the coastline.
Only 500 meters away from the villa, you will find restaurants, cafeterias, shops and a supermarket.
Cala d'Or, which consists of small bays and coves, is only 5 minutes away by car. You will find more shops, restaurants a lively nightlife and you can enjoy a walk on the sandy coves. You will have a good choice of activities, such as, a tour with the glass-bottomed boat, practicing water sports, visiting the new and modern marina at Cala Llonga with its nice restaurants overlooking the moored yachts, try a different beach everyday, ext. You can also take a drive the charming town
of Porto Petro and its popular fishing harbour.
