Area and surroundings:
This charming villa is located in the countryside, close to the natural park of Cala Mondragó. This is a small rural community of three houses hidden in the fields. The picturesque fishing village of Porto Petro is just 2km away and it has a large variety of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. The beautiful beach in the natural reserve Cala Mondragó is about a 5 minutes’ drive, and Cala d'Or, known tourist area with more choice and bustle, is also about 5km.
Interior:
This small house is very welcoming and has kept the rural ambiance that is expected from the environment in which it is located. The traditionally furnished living room features a fireplace and tables for meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave and marble top. In total there are three bedrooms. Two double bedrooms (one twin) are on the ground floor, while the third is located in the top-floor and is accessible by stairs. Here you will find two twin beds and a bathroom.
Exterior:
The covered terrace is furnished to enjoy meals and evenings outdoors. The barbecue will provide with lovely moments. The garden has an oval pool with beautiful views of the surroundings. There is a bathroom and an outdoor shower for your convenience. On the roof there is also a terrace to enjoy magnificent views.
Important:
Bedlinnen, towels, tea towels, final cleaning and electricity bills, water and gas are included in the price. Cots, high chairs and extra beds cost 5 € per night each.
