Area and surroundings:
This villa is located in a quiet area near the famous Porto Colom, on the southwest coast of Mallorca. Restaurants, bars and shops are about 2km away and the sandy beach of Cala Marcal is just 3km away. The house offers spectacular views over the sea and the necessary privacy and intimacy that you search when you are on holidays. Cala d'Or (8km) is famous tourist area that offers visitors lively pedestrian streets with shops, restaurants and a nice nightlife. Cala d'Or also receives many visitors for its sandy beaches and its wonderful harbor where there are restaurants overlooking the sea.
Interior:
The decor is comfortable and cozy, recently new furnished, it supplies all the needs of modern lifestyle. The living room has satellite TV, DVD and glass doors that allow the exit to the garden and the covered terrace. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, but also a table and chairs for meals. It is fully equipped with cooker, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. In total there are three double rooms. Two bedrooms have two single beds each and share a large bathroom. The third bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning.
Outdoors:
In the back of the house there is a room with a washing machine. Outside there are the stairs leading to the terrace on the roof from where you have very nice views. The garden lawn is well kept and nice. On one side of the house there is a barbecue near the covered terrace to enjoy meals and evenings outdoors. A ping-pong table is also available. The pool is at the bottom of the garden and is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers. It also has an outdoor shower.

Sheets, towels, dish towels, final cleaning and electricity costs, water and gas are included in the price. Cots, high chairs and extra beds cost € 5 per night each.
