This simple, but cozy apartment for 4 people is located in the residential complex of Ferrera Park, just five minutes’ walk from Cala Ferrera beach. It has a fantastic view of the sea and access to the communal pool.
Interior:
Located on the first floor, this apartment offers a bright living / dining room with access to the terrace, which affords a magnificent ocean view. It is equipped with satellite TV and a DVD. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. There are two double bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one per room.
Exterior:
The complex has a swimming pool facing the sea which will delight visitors. There is a shortcut to the beach and the sea down a staircase between the rocks. The gardens are beautifully well cared with lawns and Mediterranean pine trees, which favors a fresh atmosphere.

Cala d'Or, known tourist area, is just 10 minutes away and offers visitors lively pedestrian streets with shops, restaurants and a nice nightlife. Cala d'Or also receives lots of visitors for its magnificent promenade where there are restaurants overlooking the sea and sandy coves.

Bedlinnen, towels, tea towels, final cleaning and electricity bills, water and gas are included in the price. Cots, high chairs and extra beds cost 5 € per night each.
