Your stay at Zuiderzeehof Enkhuizen - everything is possible! - nothing is mandatory.  Relax on a boat at the inshore canals or offshore on Hollands biggest lake, the IJsselmeer (formerly known as Zuiderzee), watch all things happening in the harbors from the shore, walk the medieval city of Enkhuizen and let your imagination take you to the long forgotten ages of the VOC.  Stroll the small back-streets with countless monumental houses, surprising shops and many pubs and restaurants.   Visit the magnificent nearby Zuiderzee museum and your children will definitely like the theme park Sprookjeswonderland, the big community playground, boat trips across the IJsselmeer and the steam train running in the vicinity of Enkhuizen. 

On a sunny day you will not have to take your car for sunbathing and swimming as the beach is within walking distance from your accommodation.  However in the surroundings of Enkhuizen are so many nice venues for a day out that your holiday will be too short and for sure you will be looking forward to visit us once more.  Our Zuiderzeehof is a small holiday development with several holiday houses around a common garden, recently completely renovated authentic built dating from 1910.  All houses are fitted out comfortably and are lovely decorated for an unforgettable stay.  The houses are situated on the edge of Enkhuizen town center, between the water of the so called Oosterhaven (East harbor) and the big inshore lake the IJsselmeer.
